The determination of whether a company’s MLM business model is a scam or a real home business opportunity requires the examination of a few components of the business. In the case of ‘It Works! Global MLM business opportunity due to my depth of knowledge of the Network Marketing industry having being involved since 1990 and also I have successfully set up a retail business which at its peak had revenues of $100 million a year. This blend of experience has given me the ability to look at an MLM business opportunity and see things that most people aren’t able to see at first glance.

In 2013 they generated revenues of $456 million which places them in the top 30 largest multi-level marketing companies in the world. In fact in the last 3 years they have grown by a staggering 1,047%. Also another reassuring piece of information about It Works Global is that they have been completely debt free since 2007 which is highly desirable when choosing a good network marketing company.
With It Works! Global it is possible to make money through retail sales and building a team and there are three ways of making money if you establish retail customers, establish loyal customers, and establish distributors.
The compensation plan is set up as a Binary Compensation plan where you have two teams under you. This is a popular plan that is used by many successful MLM companies and it has provided the means for many people to make a lot of money with it. The It Works! Global pay plan has all of the usual things such as a Fast Start Bonus, Emerald Infinity Bonus that pays down infinitely when a distributor reaches the rank of Emerald, a Customer Acquisition Bonus and a Car Bonus.
Getting started with It Works! Global costs $99. Then there is an additional $20 a month for the back office and the auto ship each month is from $80.
When I looked at what the long term distributors had to say about the company I found that they were mostly happy. This is reflected in the rate of growth of the company – you can’t grow a company as quickly as It Works! Global Inc. has done without a team of happy distributors. The verdict, as you already know, is that It Works! Global is not a scam and therefore it would be best if you didn’t refer to it as the ‘It Works Scam’ anymore.
