I always find it fascinating when I get asked by people whether or not an MLM company’s home business opportunity is a scam.

The ‘scam’ question is usually asked as a result of a lack of understanding of the legally approved (by the FTC) MLM business model in the US and confusing it with illegal Pyramid Scams. Unfortunately the people who don’t have an understanding of the law regarding the MLM model have not bothered to read about the legal case that happened in the later part of the 1970s in the United States. When you know this information and you then look at how the Vemma Nutrition model operates then you realise that they have a legitimate business opportunity.

I have not used any of the Vemma products before but after finding out more about them I am now considering it.

Also when I looked at what actual long standing distributors had to say about Vemma I found that they were very positive about the company, the products and the pay plan. This opinion was reflected across a range of people who were earning small to large amounts each month. Clearly people are making money with Vemma Nutrition and it is clear that Vemma is not a scam. All considered logic dictates that it is not appropriate to talk about the ‘Vemma Scam’.
